Drinker vs. Smoker

Go figure out the percentage of excessive drinker and smoker, see who are the one affecting people around them more!!!
Before talking nonsense, the authority should ban tobacco products first!

no.you clearly do not understand the statement.
drank people can do lots of stupid things since they're not "awake" as normal person.
eg, when you're drank, you can kill anything/someone, or can rape anybody, or hurt anyone, or do some silly stuff since your brain cant function very well.
