We have an open controls on XXX Scripts that need your attention.

1.1.1 Apply Read & Execute permission to all script files to prevent modification to scripts.
1.1.2 Periodically check file permission and update dates on all scripts files to verify if any changes were made.

Guess what reply I got?

Do you have any tool to perform all these check? So far I'm yet to see document or process to do this.
